School and district agreements

We already have many school and district agreements in place. We are always happy to review your school's agreement and discuss its requirements.

Send proposed data privacy agreements (DPAs), data processing addenda or vendor forms to privacy@deck.toys. Include your school or district, country or state, and any review deadline.

Student privacy

Our Terms of Service set out our commitments under FERPA, COPPA and PPRA, along with schools' responsibilities for consent and notices. They also state that Student Data is not used for targeted advertising.
