Why Did My Account Get Suspended?

If you are unable to log-in into your Deck.Toys account after signing up, your Deck.Toys account could have been suspended due to the following reasons:

1. Not using your own individual account (e.g. using a generic school name or several users sharing an account)
2. You have created more than one Deck.Toys account.
3. You are a student or a business entity or a department signing up. Only individual teachers are allowed to sign up for Deck.Toys
4. Violation of Terms of Service

Schools or departments may consider the Bundle Plan where teachers can be assigned to be under the same Bundle Plan.
