How Do Students Resume a Deck?

To continue a deck later, students should return through the same classroom link and sign in with the same Google, Microsoft, or Deck.Toys student account they used before. They can then choose the assigned deck they were working on. Joining as a guest or with a different account may create a separate record, so a returning student may not see their earlier progress.

Recorded work is subject to your plan's classroom data retention. Save reports when you need to keep results longer.

If a student starts at the beginning

Check that the student opened the intended classroom and deck. Students can switch between assigned decks; work in one deck does not mean another is complete. Open View Classroom Report to see whether the earlier activity and response were recorded for that student.

If the report shows the work but the student still cannot continue, contact us with the classroom and deck links, the approximate time, and a description of where progress stops.
