Why Is Deck.Toys Blocked at School?

If Deck.Toys works on your device but not on students' school devices, a school network filter or classroom browser restriction may be blocking it.

What should I check?

1. Try the same classroom link on an affected student device. Note whether the whole classroom is blocked or only an image, video, or slide.
2. If you use GoGuardian or another classroom browser tool, ask your school administrator to check the blocked URL. Allowing one slide address may leave other slides blocked.
3. Ask the administrator to allow the classroom and its lesson pages using the tool's supported URL rules. Different tools handle URL patterns differently.
4. For missing images or videos, share the required resource domains with your administrator. Embedded sites may have their own restrictions.

Test again on a student device before the lesson. Keep your school's filtering rules in place while your administrator adjusts access.

If it still fails, contact us with the classroom link, blocked URL, device/browser, and a screenshot of the message. Hide student names and other private information. Never send passwords.
